Apply the semantic search toggle to app search
The ✨ toggle now switches app search between semantic and keyword matching, the same as icon search.
App search always used one ranking mode before. The toggle is now shared with icon search: turning ✨ on finds apps by meaning (“3d” finds Blender) and turning it off falls back to keyword matches. The app list updates as soon as you flip the toggle.
