Disable inapplicable vectorize sliders instead of hiding them
Vectorize options that do not apply stay visible but disabled, so the dialog height stays put.
In the vectorize dialog, colour sliders that do not apply to black & white, and curve sliders that do not apply to pixel mode, stay on screen but greyed out. Switching presets no longer makes the dialog jump under the pointer.
